Our steering went on our car week before Christmas, and I literally had to dump it outside Flomar garage with a note! They were extremely busy, but managed to fix my car within a couple of days, spending a great deal of time sourcing the part needed! Couldn't recommend them enough !SuzanneH
I had a Christmas Eve emergency this morning when I dropped my phone inside my engine trying to check my oil levels in the pitch dark before work, leaving me with proper resting Grinch face.I didnt have much hope for a garage being open on Christmas Eve and the thought of driving to Devon for Christmas later on was giving me low elf-esteem.I rang Flomar at 8:30am (half an hour before they were due to open), and after hearing my story the lovely woman on the end of the phone said say it aint snow? Well, have no Claus for concern - we can fix that for you!I popped down there from work and they got my phone out in two minutes, and I was just there like guys, you are sleigh-ing it!But wait - theres myrrh. They didnt even charge me! In the name of Christmas spirit all they asked for was a nice google review, and I said if thats what you want, thats what Yule get.Merry Christmas Flomar, life savers!
I had a broken drive rod and was stuck in the middle of Lewes down a very. narrow lane, I called Flomar, they put me onto the most amazing recovery man, Biff, who came and rescued me and took my Peugeot 307 to Flomar where they fixed the problem and re tracked the car within 1 hour !! Utterly amazing service! Everyone was so friendly, polite and accomodating , nothing was too much trouble. 6 stars!!
I honestly believe Tony and the team at Flowmar are honest and helpful beyond all expectations. They took my car in after AA towed it to a nearby garage, had a look at what had gone wrong and didn't even charge me. Tony kept me updated and informed at all times and was informative, knowledgeable, polite and helpful beyond the 'call of duty'. Cheers fellas!
