Only been in a few times but I've received excellent customer service and Si was more than happy to give recommendations on which comics to read. And I'm sure he does the same for any music you'd be interested in too. I highly recommend for both great prices and great service.
Si can order whichever CD you want - he had Autobahn by Kraftwerk in the shop within a week for me (at a very good price).
