A bit if a joke! Most staff just say, look over there .... the only reason why the shop survives is because there are no competitors ... retrain the managers to retain the staff ... it hopefully a better competitor will arrive soon

Good selection of the items I required. Very helpful staff. Had a problem with one item which after a phone call to the store was sorted out very quickly. Clean and tidy store.
Good range of products and nice store layout.They sell lots of gear likeTiles, Timber, Electrical, Lights, bathroom,lounge, garden, tools, you can also hire a carpet doctor as well. Plus key cutting machines.The lewes store seems more logically laid out than the Brighton store, the tiles were not with the bathroom products in that store which was weird.Sometimes you get 15 percent off the whole range.
