Soulfit made my stay in Lewes that much better. The studio is beautiful, clean, and all the instructors are wonderful!
Long over due in Lewes, a gorgeous yoga studio with the highest quality of instructors all of whom are passionate about both yoga and well being. Soulfit offer a full range of yoga styles so there's something for everyone, be you a beginner or seasoned Yogi. Fiona and Giles have created a relaxing and friendly space, where you feel protected and nourished, it's as yoga should be and is worlds apart from just doing a yoga class at the gym. I'm glad to be a part of this yoga family.
Beautiful, light space - Fiona very friendly and welcoming. Gyles is an excellent trainer - he pushes you when you need pushing and eases back if you're not well. I also had a very good massage from Zoe last week. Great service!
Fiona is wonderful, she is friendly and welcoming. All the yoga teachers are professional and lovely. Great range of classes. Looking forward to starting personal fitness in the future.
So delighted to finally have a modern, stylish yoga and fitness studio open up in Lewes. Gyles is a great personal trainer and the fitness studio is a brilliant space with plenty of light & air. My wife does 2-3 yoga classes a week with different instructors and always raves about them. I haven't tried yoga there yet but will do (when I get the time!)
