Sadly the delivery area is very small. If only they could run out a 10 minute drive from the shop we would use them regularly! 4 years ago they agreed to do this for an extra pound, but the second time I asked I was rudely told no, and that the first time had never happened!
Much better pizza in Lewes. Search elsewhere please!

It takes a lot for me to feel the need to write reviews, especially bad ones, but this was the third time we were unbelievably let down by this branch.After over an hour on a Friday evening we called into the branch. The staff of which there were only TWO in the store were completely overwhelmed. They told us that our pizza was on the way and that it would not be long before they turned up and apologised.30 minutes or so later no food. At this point it's 9:30 pm at night and we are exhausted and fed up. We call again to find that the driver just left with our food. They LIED to us over the phone. I couldn't believe it. We were understandably furious ... And to my embarrassment I did raise my voice and get very angry. I got a stroppy young woman claiming to be the manager... She admitted she wasn't. I asked for a full refund which she denied and told the driver to call off the delivery WITHOUT INFORMING US. After nearly two hours we called back to find out the driver had been called off... To my girlfriends rage at this stage... Terrified me too!They tried to call back weeks later with an apology but it is way past that now. The food is frequently late, always cold, and always lacking in generosity.I called Domino's head office and they simply referred me back to the branch... Franchise. I have no idea how they still hold it. AVOID.You are much better off with proper and real pizza from The Hearth above Lewes Bus Station...
Rude staff. Don't wear head nets so there is normally a hair in the pizza.. arrived 3 hours late but was originally told I'm a liar and never ordered. Therefore I had to pay twice with no refund of the original.I would avoid this store manager doesn't have a clue on customer service. Drivers can't find the correct property in a block of flats they always went to flat 12 instead of 16 4 numbers difference. The store needs a food inspector as the company needs to sort this stores attitude out asap
