Great food, weve been using almost weekly for years. Sadly about 50% of our orders have a small mistake but its always enjoyable!
Ordered online and pre paid by card. Told it would be 50 minutes. Phoned after 1 hr 15 min as food hadn't arrived. Told it was on it's way now and would be 15 min. Offered free meal in week as compensation. Food finally arrived half an hour later. This is the second time this has happened. The food was tepid.I will take them up on the free meal just to see if it happens BUT I will be going else where for my Friday night takeaway from now on.
Ordered takeaway online and pre paid ( mistake!) on Sat 6th. Was told it would be 50 mins. After an hour I phoned to ask where the food was. I was told it would be at least 1 hour 25 mins as they were busy. At this point no apology or offer of discount for this inconvenience. After 1 hour 25 mins still no food - I called again to be told he was on his way probably couldn't find house. We asked if we would be offered some money back to be told that we could either have a discount on future orders ( declined as not planning to order there again) and we were told grudgingly that someone would drop money off the next day ( Sunday). After another 10 minds the food arrived - most of it was cold. One of the chicken dishes had a mix of cooked and uncooked chicken. The food was not great, bland as well as cold. As of today ( Wed) the money promised has not been delivered to us.Won't use again
I didn't really get what I ordered and each time I order the same thing It looks and tastes different. :/
Very good food as always, ordered a delivery which arrived on time. Would highly recommend.
