Tim fitted a new boiler for us this week, he did a fantastic job. He was very respectful of my flat and left it clean and tidy. I felt i could completely trust him to do a great job and i was not disappointed.Tim was professional, kind and put me at ease about the work that needed doing, he was also fantastic with my slightly over protective dog. I highly recommend Tim and will 100% be using him again should another problem arise.
We have had problems with heating and hot water controls in our house since having underfloor heating fitted. I have had several plumbers come to look at the problem only to scratch their head and decide to walk away. I eventually found Tim through the "Find an Installer" facility on the Honeywell website. Within seconds of arriving it was apparent that Tim understood exactly what the problems were, and how to resolve them. He completed the necessary work soon afterwards and - finally - we have a heating system that works as we wanted it to. Tim is very personable and was a pleasure to do business with. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
We had an emergency leaking tap a few weeks ago and called Tim, he was able to come the same day and very quickly got to the bottom of it and stopped the leak. We were very nervous about the whole thing as this is our first home, and the first time we ever called a plumber! Our previous place we rented and the landlord always sent a plumber who came but was never very good...What a difference with Tim! We were very happy with the price, the work is fantastic and he is very friendly and helpful. Since then we have had our boiler serviced and now very pleased to have found a plumber we can trust and rely on.
