Lied to me consistently when I was trying to buy a flat until I'd wasted hundreds having a survey done and then found out I couldn't buy it as there was only 67 years on the lease, which they 100% knew and said wouldn't be an issue. Awful, awful people. Let me down again and again, lied to my face and made me waste a lot of time and money.

I would advise not to use these guys. Or at the very least refuse to provide any info about yourself as they use it to continuously send text messages to you about any property they feel like.
