Overall we had a good experience with Maslen, Nick was very good at supporting us in arranging the move whilst we were away on holiday and negotiating a move-in date. They also allowed us to be flexible with changing the rent payment date which really helped us a lot. Sometimes correspondence was a bit slow or little mistakes were made (like giving us the only copy of the contract when the landlord hadn't made a copy yet) but we've had good communication since the start and a very friendly relationship with Nick as our Agent.
Maslens were fantastic from beginning to end of the process. Ben and his team were exceptional. They have an excellent understanding of the local market and guided me through this, arranging fantastic open events. Their communication was great throughout and they made what could have been a very stressful situation straightforward. They came to me highly recommended and I would recommend them most highly too.
