No point paying a jobs worth to run a chatline service that pokes his nose onto the screen when they do nothing to assist. Had no phone service at the time so asked him to make an appointment for repairs for two weeks time when we would be arriving in the area. Arrangement was for your service department to contact me by email.Nothing heard for over a week and now that I have a phone, of course there is no time slot to fit me in AND you can't fit my vehicle in the door anyway. The branch that does have access can't fit me in for two weeks. (which is why my first contact was made 10 days ago) So is it the chat service or your service department that can't be bothered? Doesn't matter because result is the same.

This is a wonderful garage, I've been going there for 16 years and have always had excellent service
Not very friendly tried to charge me extra than the agreed price through my warranty company was told to drop my car off at eight so they could get it straight in knowing I need the car by 1pm I went up the very beautiful garden centre but when I walked back down at just before 10am my car was still sat outside didn't get my car back until just after 2pm not a happy customer
I can honestly say hand on heart that these guys go the extra mile and then some.The service I have received here has been flawless. The staff I have met, Chris, Mick and Jo, have been welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and diligent. It is such a comfort to find a dealership where the staff not only listen and take me seriously, but go to huge efforts to help.I have a car from here which I love but if ever I have to change it I will go straight to Halland Ford.
