I had my eyes tested recently and I was pleasantly surprised with the service.
Very friendly service. Really pleased with the new glasses, which were ready very quickly.
I don't know what the rest of the chain is like but the Lewes shop is just excellent. Very good value, certainly a lot cheaper than the other Lewes opticians, yet combined with customer service which really could not be much better, with minor repairs and adjustments never a problem and usually free. My wife and I have been using them for years and the good service has never faltered.
The Lewes store staff are almost without exception a customer friendly team who go out of their way to help. They have over the years sorted eye test, contact lenses, glasses, sunglasses and they always do it with such cheer even when very busy. Thank you to all but a special mention must go to the three ladies that are over and above, Kaz, Sian and Fliss.
