Waiting in massive que for ages with just 1 person serving just to be told I had missed the last collect for a guaranteed delivery tomorrow.Why is there only 1 post office in this large county town.Shocking service as it's a monopoly.
I have always received exemplary service at Lewes Crown Post Office, and am very sad that its counter service is being moved to a corner of a shop half a mile away from 20th October 2016.
If and when access to a post office employee is achievable there is nothing to complain about, on the contrary. But why is misinformation about opening times published regularly on the internet? Why do members of the public have to go to the door to find it closed? There must be some very simple answer to this question, but since it is unlikely to be naked spite I can't imagine what it might be.
