Great atmosphere, good food
Such a terrible Sunday roast. Bland overcooked vegetables, soggy yorkshire pudding, tiny soggy roast potatoes covered in a cheap packet tasting gravy. Plus while I think herbs can really enhance a dish, I don't understand the thought process behind putting a handful of watercress on top of a roast lunch. Odd.
Really nice pub, very friendly staff but slightly short changed on the coleslaw in the burger meal. Food was excellent otherwise.
